Additional Requirements

• Age At least 28 years

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Injection Molding Machine maintenance in a manufacturing industry.
• Practical knowledge of Air Compressor and Industrial Chiller maintenance is mandatory
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, electrical circuits, PLC systems, and industrial automation.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of Injection Molding Machines.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Ensure minimum downtime and smooth production operation.

• Troubleshoot PLC systems, control panels, drives, and motors.

• Maintain and repair Air Compressors, Industrial Chillers, cooling towers, and other utility equipment.

• Monitor air pressure systems and chilled water systems for proper performance.

• Conduct regular inspection of utility lines and support systems.

• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and spare parts inventory.

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Lead and supervise maintenance team when required.
