Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in QC/QA in Plastic Bottle, Preform, and Cap manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of injection molding and blow molding quality standards.

Candidates with Science or Engineering background will be given preference.

Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates with strong practical expertise.

Conduct in-process and final inspection of Plastic Bottles, Preforms, and Caps.

Check product parameters including weight, dimension, wall thickness, color consistency, leakage test, drop test, top load test, and visual defects.

Ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.

Monitor production processes to prevent defects and reduce rejection rates.

Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

Maintain proper documentation of inspection reports, test results, and quality records.

Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods quality.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate with production & maintenance teams for quality improvement.

Ensure compliance with ISO/quality management systems (if applicable).
