Applicant must have sales & marketing related work experience with plastic bottles, preforms, caps etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to General Manager - Sales & Dev.
• Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
• Servicing the needs of your existing customers
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Fulfill sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• To map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
• Should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization.
• Build up sale knowledge management to be up-to-date and always satisfy with customer's need
• Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports received from your market.
• Other new jobs assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Excellent presentation and communication skills, good listening skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, wellgroom

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  leadership and negotiation, Plastic Product Sales, Sales/ Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Plastic/ Polymer Industry
